RHS Flower Shows .
Reduced price tickets are available for RHS members to all RHS shows
but tickets must be booked in advance. Click on the show links for further
information. Members are not charged a booking fee for tickets purchased
except for advanced tickets to the Malvern shows.
RHS Spring Flower Show, Cardiff
Venue: Bute Park, Cardiff Date: 22 - 24 April 2005 Time: 10am - 5.30pm
Friday & Saturday; 10am - 4.30pm Sunday
Following the success of the RHS Plant Roadshow in Bournemouth and Torquay
as part of the RHS programme to offer a range of events throughout the
UK, the Society is pleased to introduce a new show to Cardiff. Enjoy
horticultural displays from some of the UK’s leading specialist nurseries.
Seek inspiration and explore new, unusual, quality plant varieties to
buy and to add colour and interest to your own garden. Or take advantage
of this opportunity to bring along your own plants and quiz the RHS
experts who will be on hand to offer recommendations and advice on all
your horticultural and gardening needs. There will be a good representation
of Welsh nurseries in the floral marquee and good daffodil exhibits.
Local adults and children will be entering into a daffodil competition
organised by Cardiff City Council, with help from RHS.
RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park 2005
Set in over 20 acres of magnificent parkland, this RHS flower show offers
a wealth a gardening opportunities for all gardeners. With an exclusive
mix of design ideas, horticultural excellence and great shopping, the
show includes enticing marquees featuring glorious floral displays from
RHS award winning specialist nurseries, gardening societies and organisations.
The RHS National Flowerbed competition, the Plant Plaza and the Country
Living Magazine Pavilion showcasing all the very best arts, crafts and
local produce makes this one of the biggest and best events in the gardening
calendar.

Members' rates (in advance only) 10am - 7pm* Wednesday 20 (RHS members
only) £21 Thursday 21 - Sunday 24 £15 Public rates Thursday 21 - Sunday
24 £20 on the day BUT £18 if booked in advance - SAVE £2 Child aged
5 - 15 ** £5 Child under 5 Free * The show closes at 5pm on Sunday,
24 July. The sale of display plants starts at 4pm. ** Children aged
5-15 £21 on Wednesday, 20 July. Please note: if tickets are not purchased
in advance, members must pay public rate. Advance tickets must be booked
48 hours prior to the event.
Booking information
RHS members can enjoy the show on the RHS Preview Day (20 July) when
visitor numbers are restricted (these include, in limited numbers, visitors
from major promoters/sponsors). Alternatively, visit on a public day
(21 - 24 July) and take advantage of privilege priced tickets. All members’
rate tickets must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Members may
buy up to four tickets at members’ rates; any additional tickets may
be purchased at public rates for Thursday - Sunday. Non-RHS members
will also be able to make a saving if tickets are booked in advance.
Tickets go on sale 24 January 2005. Using the 24-hour booking hotline
or RHS website ensures your ticket booking is confirmed instantly. Further
details and a form for postal bookings will be sent with The Garden
in April.

Conditions
Attendants cannot be provided, but one companion is admitted free of
charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person
whose disability necessitates a carer. Only guide or hearing dogs admitted.
Ample car parking surrounds the showground; there is no charge for parking.
Full travel and show information will be sent with tickets. Re-admission
is possible on the day of your visit. Members are allowed re-admission
for the sell-off after 4pm on Sunday, 24 July on production of a valid
membership card or goods receipt/ticket stub. Please note that this
event takes place on open grounds and is subject to varying weather
and ground conditions. We therefore strongly advise you to check the
weather forecast before you come and dress accordingly.
Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2005

show gardens and the chance to see BBC gardening experts in action on
live stages. The RHS Floral Marquee is at the heart of the show, and
